- Farm and Ranch - Homes with acreage and working farms and ranches
- Waterfront Lots - Vacant lots with frontage on a body of water
- Offwater Lots - Vacant lots located off water
- Acreage - large tracts of land or Vacant lots with out frontage on a body of water
- Commercial - Improved and unimproved commercial/industrial property
